  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We accept (visa, master, benefit pay others to be added soon)

  • Layla Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Prices are listed in BHD and include/exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees (as detailed at checkout).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping options to GCC countries (more to be added soon) 

  • Orders are processed within three to four weeks depending on the customization request and shipped via our trusted carriers.

  • Layla Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier mishandling, or force majeure events.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear images and order details.

  • Returns/exchanges are subject to review, and items must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Layla Jewels offers a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.

  • For repairs outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Contact us for an assessment and quote.
